\u00ab\u00a0Christophe Soufflot : \u00c0 chaque probl\u00e8me une solution (ou presque !) \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

\u00ab \u00c0 chaque appel d\u2019un technicentre, c\u2019est un peu une chasse au tr\u00e9sor qui d\u00e9bute pour Christophe SOUFFLOT et ses coll\u00e8gues du service client du CLI (Centre de Logistique Int\u00e9gr\u00e9e). En cas de p\u00e9nuries de pi\u00e8ces, fournies par les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s externes ou fournisseurs internes (Technicentres Industriels TI), c\u2019est \u00e0 lui que revient la t\u00e2che de trouver LA pi\u00e8ce parmi les 100 000 r\u00e9f\u00e9rences. Quand le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone de Christophe Soufflot sonne, c\u2019est qu\u2019il y a urgence : retard de livraison, p\u00e9nurie de pi\u00e8ces ou encore d\u00e9faut dans l\u2019anticipation des commandes. Au CLI o\u00f9 il travaille depuis 2014, il a occup\u00e9 successivement des postes au service Client en relation avec les Activit\u00e9s Transilien-TER puis TER. Ce centre \u00e9tablit des pr\u00e9visions, issues des historiques de consommations des technicentres selon les cas, des besoins clients puis effectue les demandes d\u2019achats et\/ou de r\u00e9parations en TI. De son poste, il est en lien avec l\u2019Activit\u00e9 TER. Chaque jour, il r\u00e9pond avec ses coll\u00e8gues aux besoins pressants en pi\u00e8ces, avec un objectif en t\u00eate : limiter au maximum le temps d\u2019immobilisation des engins.<\/p>\n

Si en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral les technicentres anticipent leurs besoins et les communiquent au CLI, tout ne se passe pas toujours comme pr\u00e9vu et c\u2019est Christophe qui prend le relai. Les besoins \u00e9tant souvent in\u00e9dits, il faut alors activer diff\u00e9rents r\u00e9seaux et partir en qu\u00eate d\u2019une solution pour satisfaire les activit\u00e9s. \u00ab Il n\u2019y a pas de routine, il faut faire preuve de d\u00e9brouillardise au quotidien pour d\u00e9goter les pi\u00e8ces en urgence \u00bb explique-t-il. Tel fournisseur est en liquidation, un autre refuse une commande pour cause de volume trop faible et un troisi\u00e8me ne fabrique plus la pi\u00e8ce. Voil\u00e0 comment une simple commande de pi\u00e8ce peut rapidement se transformer en parcours sem\u00e9 d\u2019emb\u00fbches.<\/p>\n

Christophe se souvient ainsi d\u2019un lot de locomotives TER qui devaient \u00eatre radi\u00e9es et dont les pi\u00e8ces usag\u00e9es \u00e9taient mises au rebut sans investissement suppl\u00e9mentaire puisqu\u2019elles \u00e9taient amen\u00e9es \u00e0 disparaitre. C\u2019\u00e9tait sans compter le revirement de la r\u00e9gion Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes, organisatrice du transport, qui a finalement d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de prolonger la dur\u00e9e d\u2019exploitation de ce mod\u00e8le de quelques ann\u00e9es. C\u2019est alors parti pour une grande chasse \u00e0 la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration pour trouver les pr\u00e9cieuses pi\u00e8ces. Une des difficult\u00e9s du m\u00e9tier ? Concilier imp\u00e9ratifs de production et d\u00e9cisions politiques, parfois impromptues.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 l\u2019inverse, les anticipations des technicentres sont parfois erron\u00e9es, il arrive ainsi que \u00ab nous commandions des pi\u00e8ces qui serviront ult\u00e9rieurement voire pas du tout dans de rares cas (obsolescence, mauvais symboles demand\u00e9s, \u2026) \u00bb explique Christophe.
\nDes probl\u00e9matiques sont aussi sp\u00e9cifiquement li\u00e9es au milieu ferroviaire. D\u2019une part, les faibles quantit\u00e9s command\u00e9es : si SNCF est une grande entreprise, elle est pour beaucoup de sous-traitants un \u00ab petit client \u00bb, contrairement \u00e0 l\u2019automobile par exemple. En effet, un technicentre peut commander seulement une dizaine de pi\u00e8ces d\u2019o\u00f9 un co\u00fbt plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 voire un refus de la part du fabricant de produire si peu d\u2019unit\u00e9s. D\u2019autre part, les trains ont une dur\u00e9e de vie de plusieurs dizaines d\u2019ann\u00e9es et il n\u2019est pas rare que des pi\u00e8ces ne soient plus produites, qu\u2019un fabricant ait \u00e9t\u00e9 rachet\u00e9 ou ait mis la cl\u00e9 sous la porte. Une connaissance pointue de l\u2019environnement ferroviaire est donc n\u00e9cessaire pour r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 ce poste et les exp\u00e9riences ant\u00e9rieures de Christophe facilitent la recherche du bon interlocuteur. En effet, avant d\u2019int\u00e9grer le CLI \u00e0 Dijon, il a travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Ing\u00e9nierie de la direction du Mat\u00e9riel puis en production en tant que dirigeant de proximit\u00e9 au Technicentre Industriel d\u2019Oullins. Aujourd\u2019hui, il collabore avec des coll\u00e8gues venus d\u2019horizons diff\u00e9rents, qui poss\u00e8dent tous une tr\u00e8s grande expertise. La vari\u00e9t\u00e9 des profils permet une meilleure connaissance du terrain et donc une plus grande efficacit\u00e9. Savoir faire preuve d\u2019imagination et activer le syst\u00e8me D est indispensable \u00e0 ce poste. Sa plus grande fiert\u00e9 ? Savoir que son professionnalisme est reconnu, ses coll\u00e8gues peuvent compter sur lui et rien ne lui fait plus plaisir que d\u2019achever la journ\u00e9e en sachant qu\u2019il a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00ab sauver un train \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Avec un taux de service de 70%, les r\u00e9sultats sont encourageants, mais les 30% restants g\u00e9n\u00e8rent parfois des situations tendues. Christophe, doit parfois rappeler aux technicentres que sur le terrain ou dans les bureaux, ils ont un m\u00eame objectif : remettre les trains en service le plus rapidement possible. \u00ab Au quotidien il faut \u00eatre diplomate et faire preuve de p\u00e9dagogie en expliquant les contraintes de chacun \u00bb rappelle-t-il. Selon lui, il serait essentiel que les diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9tiers se rencontrent, \u00ab il faudrait organiser des \u00ab vis ma vie \u00bb, o\u00f9 les agents des technicentres viendraient au CLI et vice-versa \u00bb.
