Pas une journ\u00e9e ne se ressemble au Cluster Ouest. Deux missions principales fa\u00e7onnent son m\u00e9tier : en production, il doit comprendre les d\u00e9faillances d\u2019un organe ; et lorsqu\u2019il n\u2019est pas en atelier ou sur le terrain pour expertiser, C\u00e9dric s\u2019att\u00e8le \u00e0 la partie documentation, relecture et rapport d\u2019expertise. Il est un peu le m\u00e9decin des organes identifi\u00e9s comme cl\u00e9s sur son p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre. Il assure l\u2019interface entre la d\u00e9finition du produit \u00e0 l\u2019achat de l\u2019engin et sa vie jusqu\u2019\u00e0 sa radiation. La dur\u00e9e de vie d\u2019un attelage est d\u2019environ 40 ans, et \u00e0 intervalle r\u00e9gulier (8 ans pour TGV, entre 15 et 20 ans pour les TER), il subit une remise \u00e0 z\u00e9ro. Un TGV verra ainsi son attelage r\u00e9vis\u00e9 4 \u00e0 5 fois au cours de sa vie. Cette mission d\u00e9licate, C\u00e9dric l\u2019assure avec s\u00e9rieux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: JUSTIFY;\">Il attache une grande importance \u00e0 ce que la r\u00e9daction des fiches de maintenance soit irr\u00e9prochable car elles sont \u00ab l\u2019ordonnance \u00bb, la \u00ab notice d\u2019entretien \u00bb de chacune des pi\u00e8ces qui servent aux attelages et aux tampons de choc. En quelques chiffres : \u00e0 date, C\u00e9dric et ses 13 collaborateurs assurent la gestion d\u2019environ 300 pi\u00e8ces r\u00e9parables, la fiabilit\u00e9 de 6665 attelages, 1500 barres inter-caisses et 110 000 tampons de choc. On ne d\u00e9nombre pas moins de 16 types d\u2019attelage diff\u00e9rents \u2026 autant dire que C\u00e9dric a de quoi faire. La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est le ma\u00eetre mot de son m\u00e9tier et pour lui, il est hors de question de n\u00e9gliger quelconque fiche de maintenance. C\u2019est un travail fastidieux et m\u00e9ticuleux que C\u00e9dric prend \u00e0 c\u0153ur pour fournir aux \u00e9quipes une documentation la plus claire et la plus soign\u00e9e possible. Pas moins de 90 documents constituent la base qu\u2019il faut constamment maintenir \u00e0 jour.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: JUSTIFY;\">Comment C\u00e9dric sait qu\u2019il faut amender une fiche ? Il se base principalement sur les REX, et ses 13 ann\u00e9es d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie technique. Il travaille sur tous types de trains : des TGV, des Corails, des Transiliens, et m\u00eame le fameux \u00ab train jaune \u00bb vieux de 115 ans fait encore partie de son giron, m\u00eame s\u2019il assure d\u00e9sormais un parcours touristique. Il n\u2019y a pas de journ\u00e9e lambda, pas de routine au Cluster Ouest. Son m\u00e9tier est rythm\u00e9 entre les priorit\u00e9s et les urgences sur la r\u00e9paration d\u2019une pi\u00e8ce. Un jour, il peut \u00eatre sur un passage en production d\u2019un composant, le lendemain C\u00e9dric peut partir sur le terrain expertiser un engin endommag\u00e9. Il se base sur les documents de maintenance du fournisseur pour r\u00e9diger ses propres fiches et 90% des documents doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9dig\u00e9s avant la fin de garantie de l\u2019organe. C\u00e9dric l\u2019explique : \u00ab le produit vit mais il faut que lorsqu\u2019il sorte de garantie, nous soyons autonomes \u00e0 100% \u00bb. Pour 2020, C\u00e9dric vise l\u2019autonomie de la r\u00e9paration sur R\u00e9giolis et R\u00e9gio2N. \u00ab Cette autonomie permet \u00e9galement de ma\u00eetriser le co\u00fbt de r\u00e9paration du produit et ses constitutifs \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: JUSTIFY;\">\u00catre en contact avec toutes ces personnes d\u2019univers diff\u00e9rents : conducteur, technicien, agent de maintenance, c\u2019est ce qui pla\u00eet justement \u00e0 C\u00e9dric. \u00ab Quand on arrive \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la fiabilit\u00e9 d\u2019un \u00e9quipement, c\u2019est une forme de victoire car on a \u00e9teint l\u2019incendie ; c\u2019est une relation de confiance avec les gens \u00bb. C\u00e9dric aime aussi ce contraste que l\u2019on peut avoir entre la maintenance du vieux syst\u00e8me m\u00e9canique du Z100 qui date de 1910 avec lequel \u00ab on n\u2019est pas emb\u00eat\u00e9 \u00bb, et les constitutifs des engins modernes qui rencontrent d\u2019autres types de soucis, li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration de technologies plus pouss\u00e9es.
