Elle cherche avant tout \u00e0 \u00ab \u00eatre bien \u00bb dans ses baskets et mise sur un m\u00e9tier qui lui pla\u00eet. \u00c0 35 ans, Valentine a repris ses \u00e9tudes pour changer de voie et combiner contact physique sur le terrain et administratif, 2 \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui lui tiennent \u00e0 c\u0153ur. En 2018, elle a trouv\u00e9 son bonheur au TI, lors de son alternance en tant qu\u2019animatrice QSE. Un sacr\u00e9 tremplin qui lui a permis durant 1 an de d\u00e9couvrir \u00ab \u00e0 la grosse louche \u00bb tous les m\u00e9tiers du technicentre et de migrer efficacement vers son poste actuel : Dirigeant de Proximit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Unit\u00e9 Portes. Soutenue et encourag\u00e9e par ses proches et le Directeur d\u2019\u00c9tablissement Alain PRAXMARER, Valentine n\u2019a pas h\u00e9sit\u00e9 une seconde. L\u2019autonomie, le management, la qu\u00eate du sentiment d\u2019utilit\u00e9 et le d\u00e9passement de soi \u00e9taient en ad\u00e9quation avec ses attentes. \u00ab Je n\u2019ai pas de passion en particulier mais j\u2019aime d\u00e9couvrir et apprendre de nouvelles choses \u00bb confie Valentine. Une belle qualit\u00e9 pour couvrir le m\u00e9tier de DPX qui requiert curiosit\u00e9 et humanit\u00e9. Cette derni\u00e8re facette, elle l\u2019affectionne particuli\u00e8rement car l\u2019humain constitue non seulement une partie prenante du SQCDHE qu\u2019elle s\u2019attache chaque jour \u00e0 honorer, mais fait aussi partie des leitmotivs de Valentine qui recherche \u00e0 la fois le bien-\u00eatre de ses agents et la qualit\u00e9 de production. L\u2019un ne va pas sans l\u2019autre pour elle : \u00ab Mes premiers clients sont mes agents. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: JUSTIFY;\">Depuis sa prise de poste en 2019, elle apprend aupr\u00e8s de ses \u00e9quipes et se sert intelligemment de ses exp\u00e9riences pass\u00e9es pour monter en comp\u00e9tences et s\u2019am\u00e9liorer. Elle d\u00e9marre sa journ\u00e9e en prenant la temp\u00e9rature au sein de l\u2019Unit\u00e9 Portes, en s\u2019assurant que tout le monde va bien. C\u2019est pour elle l\u2019occasion aussi d\u2019\u00e9couter, de recueillir les besoins puis de les faire remonter en r\u00e9union d\u2019UO (Unit\u00e9 Op\u00e9rationnelle). Hors de question de laisser un agent sans r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 sa question ; \u00e7a c\u2019est sa hantise journali\u00e8re ! Dans cette unit\u00e9 o\u00f9 l\u2019on g\u00e8re toutes sortes de portes tant ext\u00e9rieures qu\u2019int\u00e9rieures (sanitaires, meubles froids plus commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9s frigo dans les voitures bar, salles, ventaux), Valentine g\u00e8re au quotidien de nombreux al\u00e9as entre les diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9unions 5\u2019 et de production, (soucis de non-conformit\u00e9 de composants neufs tels que le pelliculage, des probl\u00e8mes d\u2019approvisionnement de pi\u00e8ces). Pas le temps de s\u2019ennuyer ! Avec deux mots d\u2019ordre : SQCDHE, son cheval de bataille et la poly-comp\u00e9tence de ses agents, \u00ab un agent poly-comp\u00e9tent sur deux chantiers diff\u00e9rents, c\u2019est assurer la qualit\u00e9 de la production \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: JUSTIFY;\">Un agent productif certes, mais heureux ! C\u2019est aussi le dada de Valentine. Elle aimerait avoir plus de temps pour \u00eatre plus proche de ses \u00e9quipes. D\u2019ailleurs, elle n\u2019h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 se remettre en question pour savoir si \u00ab elle fait bien \u00bb : \u00ab pour moi, la bonne ambiance dans une \u00e9quipe est essentielle au bien-\u00eatre des agents et ils me le rendent bien, mon UO est mon moteur \u00bb \u2026 On peut dire que la reconversion de Valentine fait plaisir \u00e0 voir !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: JUSTIFY;\">Et si cela \u00e9tait \u00e0 refaire ? \u00ab Je le referais \u00bb confie-t \u2019elle. Agiriez-vous de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on ? \u00ab Oui, mais on peut toujours faire mieux. Pour cela faut-il encore savoir s\u2019il y a une r\u00e8gle pour bien faire.
