L\u2019envie aussi de se confronter \u00e0 des mat\u00e9riels autrement plus lourds et complexes qu\u2019une voiture, tout en gardant la vitesse et l\u2019endurance en ligne de mire\u2026 L\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la performance m\u00e9canique : voil\u00e0 ce qui anime J\u00e9r\u00e9my. Car en Formule 1, comme pour les TGV, ce sont souvent les petits d\u00e9tails qui font les grandes victoires. J\u00e9r\u00e9my est \u00e0 l\u2019origine de l\u2019une d\u2019entre elles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: JUSTIFY;\">En 2014, lors des sessions de formation qu\u2019il anime, des stagiaires lui font remonter que de nombreuses pi\u00e8ces comportant un taraudage<sup>1<\/sup> sont mises au rebut alors qu\u2019elles seraient r\u00e9parables. Un probl\u00e8me que J\u00e9r\u00e9my a d\u00e9j\u00e0 rencontr\u00e9 dans l\u2019automobile, o\u00f9 l\u2019on utilise un \u00ab filet rapport\u00e9 \u00bb, une pi\u00e8ce cylindrique, en acier inoxydable et pouvant s\u2019ins\u00e9rer dans des pi\u00e8ces en aluminium ou en acier afin d\u2019y accueillir la vis. Cela permet en plus de consolider la pi\u00e8ce dans laquelle elle est install\u00e9e. Pour l\u2019accompagner dans ce recensement ainsi que dans la cr\u00e9ation des documents de maintenance,\u00a0 un groupe de travail est mont\u00e9 avec d\u2019autres experts du Mat\u00e9riel. Il aboutit ainsi \u00e0 un \u00ab\u00a0filet rapport\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb adapt\u00e9 au ferroviaire. Reste encore \u00e0 l\u2019industrialiser et le diffuser largement dans l\u2019entreprise, pas toujours \u00e9vident. Heureusement,\u00a0<strong><span style=\"color: #008bcb;\">\u00ab ma pr\u00e9sence au Technicampus m\u2019a permis d\u2019avoir un rayonnement national\u00a0\u00bb<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>explique-t-il, ce qui a rendu possible la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation de cette solution. D\u00e9sormais, un document de maintenance est r\u00e9dig\u00e9 pour l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie, des process d\u2019applications sont disponibles et 300 agents ont \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9s \u00e0 cette solution.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><em><span style=\"color: #008bcb;\"><strong>\u00ab\u00a0Innover c\u2019est avant tout cr\u00e9er du lien\u00a0\u00bb,<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0constate J\u00e9r\u00e9my en bon formateur.<\/em><\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n<p style=\"text-align: JUSTIFY;\">Pour lui, innover c\u2019est moins inventer une technique que partager les solutions, cr\u00e9er du lien entre l\u2019interne et l\u2019externe, entre les collaborateurs. Pour cela, il faut valoriser les essais, les tests, au risque parfois d\u2019\u00e9chouer.<br \/>\nMais cela peut \u00eatre payant\u00a0: en seulement trois ans, J\u00e9r\u00e9my est pass\u00e9 d\u2019une simple id\u00e9e \u00e0 une innovation d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e largement et permettant un gain d\u2019un million d\u2019euros<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0pour SNCF. Avec en prime un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice \u00e9cologique\u00a0: les pi\u00e8ces vivent plus longtemps et sont d\u00e9sormais, lorsque c\u2019est possible, r\u00e9par\u00e9es et non plus jet\u00e9es. Cela r\u00e8gle aussi les probl\u00e8mes d\u2019approvisionnements de pi\u00e8ces, r\u00e9guliers avec des trains qui vivent une quarantaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es.
